Salus Lifestyle is an oasis in the southern Caribbean, offering healthy and clean recipes made with certified organic ingredients and produce from local farmers. Customers receive a spontaneous plate of wholesome goodness filled with fresh, clean ingredients and pure love. Meera's department is the growing garden and kismet kitchen, while Hisham provides an outdoor sanctuary with a "wading" pool, a dance floor, and seating areas for respite. It's a personal and private offer for peace and palette, unique and different from the norm.

Perfect Ambience, Amazing Service

Discovering Salus can certainly be compared to finding treasure. This hidden gem of a restaurant was the perfect spot for my family and I, especially with my very busy 2 year old son. If you're looking for somewhere that provides amazing service, quality healthy food, a relaxing ambience, combined with a very warm, welcoming, and accommodating staff, then Salus is your place. They made our private birthday breakfast certainly memorable and enjoyable.

Last week my friends and family enjoyed an intimate and comforting experience at Salus Restaurant in Chaguanas.

From booking, ordering, greeting and eating brunch, we all had an enjoyable, private and fully satisfied experience. This felt that we were home away from home and the hosts Hisham and Meera were incredibly friendly,including Alexa.

The experience was further enhanced by tastefully selected and designed decor and space.
